What you can look forward to as Production Leader? Lead daily team operations and ensure completion of production plans. Monitor production processes, manage resources, and report any abnormalities. Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring safety compliance. Manage team members, conduct training, and handle shift handovers. Coordinate with surrounding departments and handle unexpected issues. Your Profile as Production Leader: Minimum 6 months of experience in SMT production management. Proficient in using jigs, fixtures, and production equipment. Strong team management and coordination skills.
