Overview Training will be provided - previous manufacturing experience not required! Hourly wage starting at $19.36, plus $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.80/hour shift differential for 3rd shift! 2nd shift and 3rd shift available. Bonus opportunities available! 2nd shift - Monday thru Friday 3pm - 11pm 3rd shift - Sunday thru Thursday, 11pm - 7am Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours! Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $275 per month (the equivalent of $1.70 per hour)! Production Light Assembly Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding machines, clip/trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and pack product in boxes. Associates will be standing for their entire shift, some jobs require reasonable bending and twisting to perform duties. Parts are all light weight.
