Line Lead Initial 12-month FTC Hellaby (Home of KP Nuts) Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:00 Join our snack-loving team We’re looking for a Line Lead to join us at KP Snacks. About the role As a Line Lead, you will play a key role in delivering great results through a capable, confident and well‑supported team. You will take 24‑hour accountability for your production line or area, leading your colleagues across multiple shifts to deliver safe, high‑quality products in line with the Master Production Schedule. This role is about combining strong people leadership with a passion for continuous improvement. You will coach, guide and empower Team Captains and Team Members, helping them build skills, solve problems and eliminate losses. What’s in it for you? Leading line performance and people Setting direction daily, coaching colleagues on the shop floor, managing skills and performance, and creating a high‑performing team culture Driving loss elimination and continuous improvement Using IWS tools to identify, analyse and eliminate losses, building capability and delivering breakthrough results in safety, quality, performance and cost Owning safety, quality and compliance Taking responsibility for safety and hygiene in your area, leading incident investigations and supporting actions required for site certifications Managing daily systems and processes Owning key DMS processes, delivering weekly health checks, supporting adherence to the Master Production Schedule, and embedding standard work to reduce effort and waste Building an engaged, accountable team Listening to colleagues, using engagement tools, developing self‑sufficient teams and working effectively with employee representatives Who are we?
