ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Production Line Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring your line meets planned volumes while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in machine operation, compliance, staff coordination, and ongoing improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage production lines to meet output targets and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Uphold GMP and health & safety procedures at all times
• Support line efficiency targets (aiming for 85%+) across varied product runs
• Assist in machine setup and basic maintenance as needed
• Identify training needs and help facilitate upskilling within your team
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive working environment
