JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates daily production activities / manpower planning / waste disposal arrangement
• Ensure the team meet established specifications and schedule for production output.
• Maintains daily production records
• Ensure general housekeeping and workplace safety are observed at all times
• Escalates production constraints timely to Operations Specialist/Supervisor
• Coach-mentor less experience colleagues
• Stand in if manpower shortage
• Follow up with Maintenance team if there are any problems
• Provides training for new colleagues
• Leads and supports continuous improvement activities
• Executes SQDC Meeting standards
• Raw Materials Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Technical Jargon communication
• Strong technical judgement
• In-dept experience & knowledge in standard operating processes
• Basic leadership skills
• Basic work documentation skills
• Basic coaching and mentoring skills
• Basic computer knowledge ( SAP, Ms. Office)
• Basic technical knowledge
• Able to do inventory
• Time management skills
