EVENINGS (SUNDAY - THURSDAY)

Brett-Young Seeds Limited is a privately owned and trusted seed production, distribution, sales and marketing company with local roots since 1934 and a strong international reach. Our goal is to serve the needs of our customers by delivering world-class, differentiated products and market leading service. Based in Winnipeg, BrettYoung has locations throughout Western Canada and Ontario and are currently seeking a dynamic individual to work in our production area as a Production Line Operator in support our continued growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS;

• Previous experience working in a production atmosphere is preferred
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with positive attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
• Organized and detail oriented
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Using machinery to bag product according to specifications set out by the Supervisor
• Dumping seed, preparing materials and replenishment of production line supplies
• Cleaning and conducting change-over of processing equipment
• Manually stacking product on pallets (lifting up to 60lbs), neatly, safely and according to the specifications set out by the Supervisor
• Assist with yard and warehouse organization and housekeeping
