Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday (avg. 38.5 hrs/week)
£12.21 per hour for day shift and £15.26 for nightshift + Great opportunities to grow!
Dayshift hours - 7am - 7pm
Nightshift hours - 7pm - 7am

We’re hiring Production Operatives to join our high-performing team at MM Flowers — helping to keep our automated production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
Whether you’re checking product quality, supporting machine operation, or working with your team to meet targets, you’ll play a key part in getting our beautiful products out the door on time and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of automated production lines
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant
• Working as part of a strong, supportive team
