Job Description – PRODUCTION OPERATOR
The Production Operator will work within a small team to fill and pack our range of spice products according to our packaging and quality specifications as per our procedures and as instructed by the Team Leader and / or Manager.
Our priorities and your responsibilities are:

Your responsibility is to keep you own work area meticulously clean and tidy and to help others in the team to do so as well.

It is your responsibility, and vitally important, for you to follow the guidance and instructions of our Quality Team.
4. Efficiency
It is your responsibility to work with the team to do whatever is required to keep the production operation running.
5. Cost Control
It is your responsibility to maximise production time, to control fill weights of product packs, to minimise any wastage of product or packaging.
6. Teamworking
It is your responsibility to work with, and co-operate at all times, with your colleagues, the Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers and to feel free to raise issues and submit suggestions for the benefit of all.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
