Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for training and manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for a Production Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality kit production. This is an opportunity to lead from the front—coaching team members, improving processes, and ensuring operational success in a dynamic production environment. What You’ll Do As a Production Lead, you’ll coordinate daily production activities while serving as a mentor and resource for associates. You’ll ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Oversee production jobs from start to completion with accuracy and urgency Dispense buffers and assemble kits following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Train and support new and existing production associates on processes and best practices Review and verify production job sheets for accuracy and compliance Enforce adherence to SOPs and quality standards Operate a variety of basic production equipment Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with company, industry, and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO quality and environmental management systems What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (or similar experience) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience working with ERP systems Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, physical sciences, or a related field Prior training or mentorship experience in a production or manufacturing setting Why Join Us? Responsibilities
