Description FERIDIES® Peanuts are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Line Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly and packaging of our products, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements Follow safety procedures in accordance with the FDA (Good Manufacturing Practices). Follow schedule to ensure proper completion of all products. Packaging Caps Best Used By/Lot Can/Carton labels Follow all procedures concerning the proper use of PPE. Use gloves, hairnets, beard nets properly, changing as necessary. Use smock correctly, ensuring that they are properly worn on the lines. Maintain proficient and efficient output on the lines. Downtime Quantity Completed Maintain accurate records, including: Weight tracking Proper counts given to Line Leader Keep lines clean and free of clutter/unnecessary supplies. Keep all supplies organized at the various stations along the lines. Properly clean and maintain lines throughout the day. Properly clean lines at all changeovers. Properly clean lines at washdown at the end of each shift. Follow all cleaning/sanitizing standards for machines, equipment, and utensils. Proper use of the 3 compartment sink for utensils. Proper use and storage of all chemicals on the lines. Proper storage of all cleaning utensils throughout the day and following every shift. Benefits Health – available 60 days from hire. Shift Production currently runs Mon-Fri, 7AM-3:30PM, though there will be overtime and weekend needs as well.
Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly and packaging of peanut products while ensuring efficient production line output. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following strict cleaning standards and safety protocols.
