Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to join our production team.
This hands-on role involves working at various stages along the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency in each step of the assembly process. Basic welding experience is a strong asset and may be required for certain tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and precision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks on the line
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively
• You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
• Ability to follow English written and spoken directions

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Assemble components using basic hand tools
• Perform tasks such as riveting, tapping, pemming, deburring, and general product assembly
• Operate within different stages of the production line as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Welding may be required; experience is considered a strong asset
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Meet production quotas and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
