Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $19-$21/ hr.
• Rotational work must be available for day shift AND night shifts.

Position Summary:

• Sorting, packaging, and preparing materials for processing
• Operate basic machinery to ensure smooth production flow
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with moving materials to and from production areas using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Keep the production and warehouse areas clean and organized,
• Support team members with various tasks including unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and handling materials
• Monitor machinery for any malfunctions and report any issues to supervisors

Required Qualifications:

• Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and take on various duties, including machine operation and material handling

Bonus Points For:

• Valid forklift license with experience
• Experience in a similar role
