We are headquartered in Minnesota, with locations in Arizona and Ohio.    How You Contribute to The Team   The Production Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs. Production Machine Operator opportunities are available in our spring commercial, conveyor, winding, coning, and stenciling departments.    * Set-up and operate equipment.  * Quality check springs and component parts. * Perform clean-up, loading and unloading products, cutting and other general production duties as needed.    What You Need to Succeed   * High school diploma or GED. * Proficiency in using hand and measurement tools. * High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills. * Dependability and a willingness to learn. * This position will frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.   Team members are paid weekly.
