Job Description Annual Salary starting at 80K Night shift: 5:30 pm to 5:30 am Monday to Thursday - Need to be flexible Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient production of paver and block equipment. This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility. The chosen candidate will train on day or night shift. Operate production equipment with precision to fulfill production requirements while upholding the highest quality standards. Execute equipment set-up procedures and perform preventative maintenance to optimize operational efficiency. Utilize a variety of tools and measuring devices to maintain, adjust, and repair machinery as needed. Prepare accurate daily reports to track production metrics and equipment performance. Expertly dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools. Proactively identify and communicate any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Adhere strictly to established policies, procedures, and safety regulations to uphold a secure work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace to ensure a safe and efficient operational space. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines to prioritize safety at all times. Help guide a team of general laborers and dryline operators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
