As a Production Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. WHAT YOU’LL DO OWN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS * Operate, start up, clean (CIP), and shut down equipment with precision, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times * Keep your station organized and production-ready, following all sanitation and quality protocols * Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns if something impacts production * Package, palletize, and move finished product according to specification and organizational requirements SUPPORT PRODUCT QUALITY * Complete in-process documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance * Conduct quality testing in line with SOPs and escalate deviations promptly * Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards from start to finish—because quality isn’t optional here CONTRIBUTE TO SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE * Champion a culture of safety by following company policies, wearing PPE, and handling equipment and chemicals responsibly * Support health and safety protocols across all tasks, creating a safe and respectful workplace for everyone DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT * Bring your ideas to the table—we’re always looking to improve how we work * Collaborate with your team and leaders on efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives WHAT YOU’LL BRING * High school diploma (required) * One year of experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred) * Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and quality systems (preferred) * Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment, control screens, pallet jacks, and forklifts * Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) * Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3–4 days per week) * Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word WHY WORK WITH US?
