We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Machinist / Machine Shop Foreman to lead and participate in the manufacture of our high-quality automotive blades and specialised tools. This role involves a combination of technical machining, team coordination, workflow management, and workshop supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal machining, and be confident in working with a variety of tools and machines.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified/Proven Experience - Metal Machinist / Fitter Turner
• Experienced in cylindrical grinding
• Excellent hand skills and eye for detail
• Experienced in OHS and prefer 1st aid qualification, forklift licence
• Other relevant duties within your skills & competence
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
