Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will monitor equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness according to standard procedures. Responsibilities include conducting equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, and completing both preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will log equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system while adhering to all safety protocols. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Create, update, and complete work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Communicate clear instructions to machine operators and other personnel Report daily results and issues verbally and through written reports Identify and troubleshoot production equipment issues Maintain equipment preventive maintenance schedule Understand and use the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to ensure equipment functions at expected levels Inspects and maintains all equipment to minimize downtime Execute any other assigned duties promptly and effectively Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in fundamental computer tasks Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, occasionally stressful environments Precise adherence to written and verbal directives Electrical and mechanical maintenance skills are required Able to read and comprehend electrical schematics Flexibility to adjust to production requirements. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of production maintenance experience Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a workstation Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Scheduled Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm
