SCHEDULE: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mableton, GA. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment and facility operations during overnight shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in production equipment maintenance, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and ladder logic programs
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley or GE PLCs and related software tools preferred
• Skilled in the use of hand, power, shop, and diagnostic tools
• Proficient in electrical power/control, mechanical, and fluid handling systems
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, welding, and computer-operated machinery
• Plumbing and HVAC experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, walking, and standing
• Personal tools may be required depending on location
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexible to work overtime based on operational needs
• Trade or technical school certification or Millwright certification preferred
• Forklift experience required in some locations

  Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs and adjustments during production
• Execute smooth and efficient equipment changeovers
• Fabricate or modify equipment to improve production lines
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Maintain equipment for maximum reliability and product quality
• Oversee facility maintenance and plant equipment operations
• Document project activities and develop maintenance procedures
• Communicate with equipment vendors and suppliers
• Manage daily start-up and shutdown of plant equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Safely operate and maintain machines using chemicals such as caustic, acids, and ammonia
