Description

Your Contribution You will be responsible for the overall management of the Production Control Department. As the command center of manufacturing, this role serves as a vital link between the shop floor and management. By overseeing the development, evaluation, and task allocation of multiple team members, you will systematically build your skills as a managerial professional. Planning production schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating delivery timelines Procuring materials, managing inventory, and overseeing subcontractors Balancing supply and demand in collaboration with the manufacturing department Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, cost, and delivery Training, evaluating, and allocating tasks to department members Your Experience and Qualification High school diploma or above Ability to work in Japanese Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production control Experience in department management (regardless of team size) Business-level English proficiency (e.g., communication with overseas sites) Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Experience in the automotive industry Our Offering; We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
