What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting. It requires regular presence on the production floor, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to respond to operational needs in real time.
