Essential Accountabilities: * Take daily accountability for safety, quality, and productivity results of assigned teams. * Ensure teams meet manufacturing targets for safety, quality, and productivity through the execution of the Rockline Operating System. * Provide daily leadership and direction for direct reports and team members to improve efficiencies, quality, or implement corrective action plans for underperforming lines. * Analyze manufacturing data and recommend measures to enhance equipment safety, product quality, production efficiencies, equipment performance, and scrap rate. * Coordinate staffing and overtime requirements to meet production needs. * Ensure that customer expectations are understood and met by all members of the asset team. * Enforce adherence to all policies and procedures. * Optimize shift transitions through consistent communication with direct reports and team members. * Select, mentor, and develop direct reports to improve performance and foster their professional development. * Coordinate or conduct training as required. * Demonstrate unwavering commitment to our company's RRITE Values - Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. * Contribute to a cooperative working effort by being willing to perform other job-related tasks as needed. This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others). Qualification Requirements: To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: * Internal Candidates: * High School or GED and 8 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with 4 years of supervisory experience. OR * Associates degree and 4 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience. OR * Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business, and 2 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with observed leadership competency. * External Candidates: * Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of manufacturing experience. OR * High School diploma with 6 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. * Strong communication skills in a positive and professional manner. * Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills. * Demonstrated leadership skills.
