  • $90,000 - $120,000 base salary
    We are partnered with an established food manufacturer based in Dallas, TX. They are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their team on Day Shift, offering a competitive base salary between $90,000 and $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Healthcare, Vision and Dental insurance, and PTO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • Preferably with a background in beef or chicken processing plants.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Solid project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and follow through on multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality support to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in planning and managing production-related projects.
