  We are partnered with an established food manufacturer based in Dallas, TX. They are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their team on Day Shift, offering a competitive base salary between $90,000 and $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Healthcare, Vision and Dental insurance, and PTO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Preferably with a background in beef or chicken processing plants.
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.
• Solid project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and follow through on multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality support to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in planning and managing production-related projects.

• Resource and Program Planning: Develop and implement plans for production resources and programs to optimize efficiency and output.
• Procurement of Supplies and Services: Oversee the sourcing and acquisition of necessary supplies and services for production operations.
• Cost Modeling and Budgeting: Develop and manage cost models and budgets to ensure financial efficiency within production.
• Evaluating and Improving Business Processes: Continuously assess and enhance existing business processes to drive operational excellence.
• Managing Production Projects: Lead production projects from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Conducting Business Process Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Providing Staff Training and Fostering Continuous Improvement: Train production staff and cultivate a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement within the team.
