Job Title: Production Manager Location: Broadoak. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Up to £68,000 depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Responsible for leading an organisation of ~60 staff that are focused on the assembly, integration and testing of underwater weapons and other defence equipment Develop and maintain effective working relationships with your team, peers, customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders Provide senior Management with timely feedback on concerns that may affect productivity and overall engagement levels Acting as a coach and mentor to the broader team Acting as Cost Account Manager (CAM) as required.
