• Minimum 5 years of experience in food processing plant operations with leadership responsibilities
• Post-secondary education and hands-on experience in meat processing
• Strong knowledge of CFIA regulations and HACCP/SQF procedures
• Ability to resolve critical issues quickly and effectively
• A leadership style that promotes collaboration and innovation
• Strong communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams and external drivers
