We’re recruiting a Production Manager on behalf of a leading, multi-site food production company. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for the performance and development of a key production area — overseeing people, process, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, environmental, and output targets.
• Lead and develop a team of Production and Hygienist Operators.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, H&S, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams (Ireland & UK sites).
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and audit standards.
• Support capital projects and process upgrades to maximise efficiency and ROI.
• Promote a strong safety culture and energy efficiency focus.
• Be a key part of the site leadership team and contribute to strategic decisions.
