OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production processes run reliably, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of production and manufacturing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in production software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Supervise the production team, including shift supervisors, operators, and support staff.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand and minimize downtime.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met and enforced on the production floor.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with supply chain and logistics.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold product standards and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and development opportunities for production staff.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.
