Better Buckets is a company founded by the motivation to try and make the world a better place in some meaningful way. We operate injection molding machines and are just developing a recycling line with the goal of moving towards building circular economies.
We are looking for an employee with experience in injection molding and extrusion that can help manage the existing day to day operations and additionally help in the development of new products and systems. The position will require someone capable of operating machines, conducting basic maintenance, developing QC protocols, and rigging molds amongst other tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with injection molding and/or extrusion
• Ability to start up machines, troubleshoot, and process a range of different polymers including HDPE, PP, HIPs and biodegradable resins
• Capable of handling repetitive work
• Ability to handle rigging and mold changeovers
• Self motivated
• Capable of working without supervision
• Critical thinking
• Experience in maintenance and quality control is a bonus
