JOB SUMMARY

Blake Medical Group Inc., is a proud Canadian family owned manufacture of medical seating, mattresses and a unique gel used as fundamental part of our product line, based in Hamilton, Ontario. We are seeking a Production Manager who can support, guide and play a key role in managing our production health as we continue to grow and early-stage entry into the European market.
The Production Manager will oversee the production process, ensuring that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing staff, and optimizing production workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and MRP systems
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to assemble and fabricate production systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
    This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic production team, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
    We will be relocating to Brantford October/November 2025
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,121.38-$65,000.00 per year
