Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)
Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000/year (depending on experience and performance)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Day shift | Weekends off

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full production cycle from sample development to final delivery.
Collaborate with jewelers to create and refine samples, ensuring all quality standards are met.
Manage production schedules, inventory needs, and pre-production planning.
Conduct quality checks on samples and finished pieces, confirming corrections are applied.
Negotiate costs and realistic timelines with vendors.
Maintain production documentation, source materials, and track all essential data.
Work cross-functionally with Sales to align production with customer demand.
Expand and strengthen relationships with production vendors and partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in production management (jewelry industry strongly preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Meticulous attention to detail with an eye for quality and precision.
Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented when challenges arise.
Experience managing tech packs and production documentation.
