• Manage daily production shifts to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Hands-on process, including staff supervision, equipment operation, and workflow optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards, maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
• Monitor production efficiency, improving processes, and minimising downtime and waste.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and NPD Teams on current and future products.
• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and other operational planning tasks.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance program to minimise downtime and breakdowns
