ABOUT THE ROLE

As Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our facility—leading a dynamic team and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, salaried position with direct oversight from the VP of Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily production activities and personnel
• Supervise weekend shifts as needed
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Take initiative on projects and drive continuous improvement
