The Role
As Production Manager at DAZN, you’ll play a key part in the planning and execution of our host broadcast and unilateral productions for the DACH market, with a particular focus on our new Bundesliga Conference airing every Saturday. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all production logistics—technical planning, crew scheduling, and onsite operations—and will act as the central point of contact between the programming team and production crew. Your fluency in German and English, along with your sharp organisational skills, will be essential to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication across departments. The role requires on-site attendance at live outside broadcasts throughout the Bundesliga season, primarily on Saturdays. You’ll be a critical part of a passionate production management team delivering premium football content to a global audience.

• Maintaining communication with DFL, Sportcast, rights holders, delivery partners, suppliers, and between internal departments.
• Hiring crew & freelance contractors.
• Managing a team of freelancers.
• Controlling and monitoring all production spending & reporting back to the Operation Director and Senior Production Manager.
• Updating risk assessments for all events with the production team and making sure all contractors & 3rd parties are aware of the work health and safety requirements.
• Producing and issuing supplier and crew contracts.
• Travelling to events as and when required and acting as an onsite point of contact for the Production.
• Organizing and attending site surveys.
• Ensuring all suppliers and freelancer invoices are processed and paid promptly.
• Issuing invoices for rights holder add ons.
