JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.exoierience with steel, wood ,urethane foam production,and composite material is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production management or similar roles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes.
• Proficiency in ERP processing an asset
• Experience with supply chain management and MRP systems is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies, including continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices within a manufacturing setting.
