Description

Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and the smooth running of site activities.
Lead, manage and develop the Operations team, providing clear direction and practical support.
Ensure operations activities are delivered efficiently and with effective cost control.
Take the lead on resolving manufacturing and engineering issues, including the coordination of unusual or non-standard operations.
Ensure the site consistently meets company requirements and relevant legislation covering quality, health and safety, environmental performance and people.
Work collaboratively with the Technical Department, including the Research & Applications Manager, when required.
Support business priorities by responding to operational requirements and contributing to projects assigned by the Board.
