COMPANY OVERVIEW

RWW Group is a leading national supplier of uniforms and safety products, with operations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Leeton (Regional NSW). We are a family-owned business that prides itself on strong values, a dynamic and ambitious culture, and a commitment to delivering quality without compromise.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Manager to join our Welshpool team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing daily production operations, overseeing the embroidery and heat press area, and ensuring the smooth flow of orders through the department.
You will operate the embroidery and heat press machines, while also managing production priorities, maintaining quality control, and supporting the wider warehouse and production functions as needed.
The role will be supported initially by our current experienced current staff, who will transition into casual position to be available as back up help in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience operating embroidery and/or heat press machines would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would also be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and the ability to lead by example.
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling materials as needed.
