We’re looking for a dedicated Production Manager at our Seven Hills site. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in assembly operations. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, manage production workers, liaise with commercial customers, and ensure quality standards. Our site focuses on assembly and relabelling. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than experience!

In the day-to-day duties of this role, you will:

• Provide supervision and leadership to production workers and production team leaders during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and production activities
• Liaise with commercial customers to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
• Manage scheduling of Daily production. Identifying any backlogs and bottlenecks and resolve.
• Compile and deliver information to the Site Manager and ensuring reports are accurate and the information is relevant to assist with contractual reporting.
• Review costs with our B2B team to ensure accurate and efficient spend.
