THE OPPORTUNITY - WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE?
Do you thrive on turning big goals into real results? Do you get energy from leading teams, building smarter processes, and keeping production moving? If so, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a Production Manager who can balance strategy with hands-on leadership. In this role, you’ll own production scheduling, streamline workflows, and connect the dots between engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations. You’ll also guide and develop our assembly team, helping them hit the mark on quality, accuracy, and performance.
This is more than just keeping the floor running — it’s about driving improvement, anticipating challenges, and making decisions with confidence. If you’re the type of person who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments and gets excited about solving problems before they happen, you’ll feel right at home here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Lead and manage weekly production schedules so work gets done on time, every time.
· Improve workflows, processes, and tools to keep efficiency high and downtime low.
· Lead the development and implementation of a new routing system in collaboration with engineering and operations.
· Maintain and revise Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy during engineering changes or revisions.
· Act as the ERP “power user” for production planning and control.
· Partner with logistics, procurement, and engineering to keep everything flowing smoothly.
· Support and coach team leads to keep priorities aligned and the team performing.
· Tackle challenges head-on, make timely decisions, and keep everyone informed.
