Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in working atِ Aluminum Facade Factory firm as Production in charge or equivalent.
  • Must have experience in handling Factory labours/Workers
  • Must be able to read as well as execute AutoCAD drawings and if needed improvise to arrive at a more cost-effective solution. Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of raw materials such as all Profiles species and related products Such Aluminum Systems , ironmongery, and all material pertinent to the Facade industry.
  • Found knowledge of relevant machinery for a full fledge Aluminum operation as well as industry-standards when it comes to manpower utilization and labor productivity.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ·Responsible for the overall performance of the production unit & the workers.
  • Optimization of the material and manpower used to reduce wastage.
  • Overseeing inventory management with the concerned departments in the organization.
  • Coordinating and closely working with production department heads and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • execute quality control processes of factory workers.
  • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production related issues.
  • Responsibility to track critical production line issues and provide resolution to ensure completion of work in line with stipulated project deadlines.
  • Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established standards.
  • Preparing optimized daily production program considering all constraints for senior management review and approval.
  • Ensuring that factory premise is organized, and machinery is in working condition at all times.
  • Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
  • Assisting HR in the hiring of new workers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Woodworking, or a related field

(or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Facade or Aluminum industry
  • In-depth knowledge of working techniques, machinery, and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, scheduling, and reporting
