The Opportunity We are seeking a Production Manager to lead flavor manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role oversees production, materials management, and distribution—driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation. What You’ll Do * Lead and develop production and materials teams in a 24/5, three-shift environment, promoting safety excellence, operational efficiency, and effective change leadership, including rotational Saturday coverage as needed. * Drive on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements * Develop effective partnerships cross-functionally (Procurement, Planning, Quality, EHS) to optimize operations * Champion Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S) and continuous improvement initiatives such as operator and leader standard work * Oversee inventory accuracy, storage optimization, and capacity planning * Monitor and communicate KPIs to leadership and teams, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve performance What You Bring * A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/chemical operations; prior flavor and/or fragrance manufacturing is highly preferred.
