• Oversee production capacity and resource planning in coordination with the planning and sales departments
• Collaborate with development, production, and sales teams to implement customer-specific solutions
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall product quality
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data to meet goals and improve performance
