Job Title: Production Manager – Fabrication Facility

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely project delivery, and effective coordination between production, procurement, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and control the production process to meet project timelines.
Develop and manage production schedules using Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
Supervise and lead production staff, fabricators, and machine operators.
Monitor workload, allocate manpower, and track progress against deadlines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate closely with procurement and project managers for material planning and delivery.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage materials, resources, and reporting.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste, control costs, and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to avoid downtime.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports and dashboards for management review.
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements:.
Minimum [4] years of experience in managing a fabrication facility (aluminum, glass, or steel industry preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems for planning and tracking.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
