The Production Manager position provides an opportunity, in a professional setting, to excel in a growing, fast paced, participant focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provides day to day management of the Production Team, including recruitment, coaching, supervision, scheduling, development. * Works with team to process apparel and hard goods while maintaining or exceeding departmental KPIs. * Manage and influence team by communicating clear company goals daily, weekly, and monthly (see production standards). * Ensure the proper handling and processing of incoming donation flow in and out of the store according to GWH policies and procedures. * Keep abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends and competitive pricing. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting of assigned personnel's time and production through various production reports. * Ability to accurately operate store systems and ensure financial and statistical counts are completed (donor counts, production standards, etc.) * Responsible to prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities throughout the shift; works closely with the team members to correct performance issues and resolve day-to-day process problems. * Identify operational issues, structure resolutions, and follow-through to deliver results. * Coaching and performance management of a high performing team up to 10 - 15 team members * Develop a culture of safety, security, and loss prevention to reduce on-the-job injuries, customer injuries, and shrinkage. * Commits to oversee GWH's compliance to local, federal, and state laws and regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned by Management. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED, 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. * Management/Supervisor one or more years' experience is preferred. * Must have knowledge in a variety of computer software applications; experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, multitask and willingness to adapt to change. * Well-developed production management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Understanding of KPIs and experience tracking KPIs. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Willing and able to travel to any/all sites within the GWH territory and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must have reliable transportation.
