Production Manager We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join our in-house Production Kitchen here at Harrods. As Production Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate, supportive, and award-winning team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store About the Role The Production Manager will oversee day to day food manufacturing operations of our in-house Production Kitchen, whilst also acting as a supporting lead for a large change management project within this business area. This role involves planning and coordinating production schedules to meet quality and efficiency standards, managing a team of supervisors and operators, and ensuring smooth production flow by collaborating with other departments e.g. Food Technical and Health and Safety. The Production Manager will implement quality control measures, maintain health and safety regulations, and analyse production data to optimize performance. About You We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader at a senior management level, with a proven track record in an FMCG manufacturing environment. You'll need to be experienced in leading and overseeing large scale transformation projects and be have strong people influencing skills. You will also: Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and be proficient in production management software. Excel in effective communication and demonstrate a proactive, results-driven approach to continuous improvement. Have an IOSH certification and at least a Level 3 Food Safety certification, with a relevant degree level qualification being highly desirable.
