  • End of season bonus? Yep, we reward commitment.
  • Looking for a job with a company that is big enough to be well established, but still small enough to grow with and be part of the excitement? Somewhere you can really make a difference and be noticed? You got it!
  • Love skiing in the winter? After working hard from March 1st to December 15th, you’ll have 2 ½ months off to ski (mid week! if you want to avoid the crowds) and enjoy some well-deserved time off.

  • You are physically fit and capable of performing the required duties (repetitive movements including extensive push/pull/motion, bending/twisting/stooping, lifting 75 lbs.).

  • You are very organised and great at communicating with people

  • You stay calm under pressure and don’t let things get heated when challenges arise
  • You can think long-term and make plans and adjust as needed – foreseeing issues and opportunities before they appear
  • You are accountable to your responsibilities and actions and really own your role
  • You know when to ask for help and are comfortable admitting faults or struggles
  • You have worked in an outdoor trade before and thrive in the unpredictability of it
  • You are ready, available, and eager to work anytime it’s required, even if you have a climbing trip planned.
  • You enjoy the variety of working in both an office environment and out in the field directly with people
  • You are a quick learner and already have the technical skills necessary to excel in this role
  • You want to be part of the leadership team at a growing company.
