About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, assembly, and workshop operations. You will ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while leading and developing a high-performing production team.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production team members to achieve performance and productivity targets.
• Manage production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and systems.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer expectations.
• Oversee inventory levels, materials planning, and stock control in conjunction with procurement and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor production metrics, prepare performance reports, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, sales, and service teams to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance operational performance.

About You

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience with IP cameras
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing production schedules, KPIs, quality systems, and operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A proactive and hands-on management style.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimisation methodologies is highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP, production planning, and inventory management systems
