YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Production Manager, you will lead a highly skilled production team, overseeing the manufacture of bespoke products from design through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety procedures are rigorously followed. Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and output.
