Description We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead production teams, improve processes, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Operations Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand Monitor daily production and ensure targets are met Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Train employees on machines and standard operating procedures Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently achieved Team Leadership Supervise and motivate production staff Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements Lead safety training, audits, and risk assessments Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and implement solutions Monitor costs and drive cost-saving initiatives Support automation and technology improvements Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Preferred: Engineering, Science, or related field Experience 5–10+ years in a manufacturing environment 3–5+ years in a supervisory or management role Preferred: Experience in PSA or tape manufacturing Skills Experience with ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred) Understanding of workplace safety standards and OSHA requirements Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and improve production operations Collaborative team environment Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Equal Opportunity Employer ATP North America LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
