You will provide direction a leadership to line management and workforce; ensure the quality of manufactured capacitors is as per specification and achieve all KPI’s. 2. You will extend support in health and safety and environment protection is a major task and to implement process optimization and cost reduction programs. 3. You will control inventory of semi-finished products; prepare monthly operating reports for the Operation Manager covering such areas as factory loading, analysis of factory variance, OH&S performance and cost reduction initiatives. 4. You will be keeping abreast of technology development in operation; Prepare annual capital and operating budget for functions under his/her control also do support any other projects as required by Operation Manager. 5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2. Experience in production and people management; Experience People management skills; Staff development. 3. Implementation of company policy; Implementation of work and quality procedures; Implementation of OHS&E policy and procedures OHS&E. 4. Promote an environment of high level of efficiency, ethics and integrity standards; Experience in managing batch production. 5. Knowledge of working with PLC and automated equipment. 6. Problem solving and analytical thinking, adaptability. 7. Good English language skills.
