The qualified candidate will join our talented team of nearly 100 employees working to implement award-winning energy savings projects for our valued clients.
The HVAC Production Manager oversees the daily manufacturing operations of HVAC products, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery. This role involves managing a team of production staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of production management experience in an HVAC, sheet metal, or related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience implementing process improvements and managing teams.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and components.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and production planning.
  • Proficiency with production planning software and ERP systems.

LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for staff, management, and external partners.

ANALYTICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
