This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Lajpat nagar delhi, Faridabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations within the modular office furniture and interior solutions environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of industry-specific experience with a proven ability to manage production teams, ensure quality standards, and drive process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to improve factory efficiency, workflow, and production output. Lead and supervise the end-to-end production lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality performance. Recruit, train, and develop factory staff while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with quality control teams to define and enforce quality assurance processes. Ensure all production equipment and machinery are maintained and operating efficiently; coordinate servicing and repairs. Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and resolve bottlenecks to optimize productivity. Prepare and present production performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Motivate and guide production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain strong performance levels. Implement best practices to minimize waste, reduce operational costs, and maximize resource utilization. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and work environment standards across the production floor. Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and planning teams to support seamless production operations. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a relevant field. 5–10 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a modular furniture or interior manufacturing setup. Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in production operations, inventory control, and quality management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material handling, and factory equipment. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
